If you have a proven background working in a small office environment and are looking for a localpart timeopportunity, that is a mixture of administration and telephone-based customer service, this three day per week role (working Monday, Thursday & Friday) located in NARELLAN may be ideal.
This position is working for the office of a member-based organisation that has more than 8,500 members across the country.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the smooth operation of the office, as well as supporting members and branches with any enquiries responsibilities would include:
* Handling telephone enquiries
* Daily banking
* Preparing and posting orders (such a branded t-shirts etc, not heavy items)
* Checking stock levels
* Data Entry
* Dealing with member enquiries
* Processing new memberships, renewals etc
* Basic Account Reconciliations
* General day to day office duties
* Ability to work well with other job share team members
* Ability to get around in Outlook, Word, Excel and willingness to learn membership database and basic MYOB
Schedule and Hours
Hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday, Thursday & Friday.
If you have some flexibility to work additional days during lead up to member events and to cover other staff holidays would also be a definite advantage.
