Requirements (Applies to Both Positions)
* Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
* Current driver's licence and reliable personal transport
* Must supply own tools
Cabinetmakers
We're looking for skilled and dependable Cabinetmakers to join our production team in the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture custom cabinetry to a consistently high standard
* Interpret plans and job sheets with accuracy
* Work autonomously or collaboratively, depending on job flow
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Ensure production targets and quality benchmarks are met
Role-Specific Requirements:
* Trade qualification and proven cabinet-making experience
* Precision, attention to detail, and pride in your craft
* Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Cabinet Installers
We're also seeking experienced Cabinetry Installers for on-site work — positions available for both full-time employment and subcontractor arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately install custom cabinetry in residential and commercial settings
* Interpret and work from technical drawings and site plans
* Operate efficiently on-site, either independently or in a small crew
* Coordinate with factory and site supervisors to ensure smooth installations
* Represent the company professionally with clients and site teams
Role-Specific Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in cabinetry installation
* Physically capable of manual handling tasks
* Willingness to obtain police clearance when required
* For subcontractors: Must provide current Workers' Compensation and Public Liability insurance
