This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced construction professional with strong technical capability, proven delivery experience on large-scale projects and the ability to lead complex site operations with confidence and precision.

The Opportunity
This position offers end‑to‑end responsibility for site delivery on a complex, multi‑storey project incorporating structure, services, façade, high‑end finishes and external works.
You will take ownership of all site operations, leading construction execution in line with programme, safety, quality and commercial objectives.
This role is suited to a senior construction professional with Tier One or large Tier Two builder experience, strong technical capability and a proven ability to manage complex programmes, large workforces and high‑risk construction environments.
As a private, development‑led business, Signature offers the opportunity to work closely with Director and senior project leadership while maintaining the systems, structure and discipline expected on major projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full on‑site delivery of a $100m+ construction project
* Manage large site teams including General Foremen, Supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors
* Drive programme performance against the approved master construction programme
* Ensure works are executed in accordance with construction methodologies and sequencing plans
* Maintain strict compliance with WHS legislation, site safety systems and company procedures
* Oversee complex site logistics including crane operations, access, staging and high‑density coordination
* Coordinate and manage structural, services and façade trades
* Chair daily pre‑starts, subcontractor coordination meetings and site leadership meetings
* Work closely with Project Management and Commercial teams to manage variations, EOTs and construction risk
* Identify programme and constructability risks early and implement mitigation strategies
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, finishes and defect control
* Oversee commissioning, practical completion and final handover processes
* Contribute to senior‑level reporting and programme forecasting
About You
* 10+ years’ construction experience in Site Manager or Senior Site Manager roles
* Proven delivery of projects $100m+ within Tier One or strong Tier Two builder environments
* Strong technical understanding of: Services coordination, High‑rise or complex podium construction
* Demonstrated ability to manage large subcontractor workforces
* Advanced programme management and sequencing capability
* Strong understanding of WHS systems, Safe Work Method Statements and site compliance
* Calm, decisive leadership style suited to high‑pressure construction environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
