Ready to own the full project journey?
At EDG Projects Australia, you won't just draft. You'll design, manage, and deliver. From concept to construction, you'll be across every stage - meeting with clients, shaping designs, navigating approvals, and ensuring delivery that hits the mark.
We're a small, high-performing team where everyone gets stuck in. No hiding, no "that's not my job." We collaborate hard, back each other up, and deliver work we're proud to put our name on.
This role is for an Architect or experienced Graduate (6-10 years) who's already proven themselves in commercial projects and is ready to step into a studio where your impact is immediate and visible.
Why EDG?
We're not about repetitive, copy-and-paste projects. We're a design-led studio delivering commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects across Victoria and NSW. Our pipeline is strong with large-scale commercial work, and our clients choose us for our creativity, precision, attention to detail, and uncompromising commitment to quality.
What you'll find with us:
* Ownership and variety – lead projects across the full lifecycle, not just one part.
* Influence and input – your ideas will be heard and shape real outcomes.
* Clients who value quality – we focus on detail, clarity, and delivering with care.
* Real growth – we invest in your development and reward performance with loyalty bonuses, flexible public holidays, and incentives that reflect your contribution.
* A strong team culture – collaborative, driven, and united by values we live every day.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum of a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) or equivalent qualification.
* 6-10+ years' experience on commercial projects (non-negotiable)
* Revit proficiency (non-negotiable)
* Contract administration experience (highly regarded)
* Strong skills in design, documentation, and quality control
* Excellent communication skills - you stay across industry changes and bring clarity to clients and consultants
* Alignment with our values: leadership, trust, reliability, extreme ownership, being internally driven, and a growth mindset
* Willing to work in-office five days a week, with a centrally located workplace that is easily accessible by public transport.
This role is for you if:
* You're done with roles where you only see one part of the process.
* You want visibility, responsibility, and impact.
* You thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift, and you enjoy the challenge of pivoting with them.
* You're energised by collaboration, not drained by it.
* You're ready to apply your skills and can-do attitude, open to feedback, and always looking to improve your performance.
