We are currently looking for a Pool Service & Equipment Technician to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in the final stages of our pool projects, ensuring systems are operating perfectly and customers are confident using their new pool.

The Role
As a Pool Service & Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the final stages of pool delivery including system start-ups, equipment installation, troubleshooting and customer handover.
You will work closely with our construction team while also providing excellent customer service to ensure every client enjoys their new pool experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Pool start-ups and water chemistry balancing
* Installation of pool equipment and filtration systems
* Customer handover and education on pool operation and maintenance
* Troubleshooting pool equipment and system issues
* Warranty inspections and supplier coordination
* Supporting the construction team with plumbing and technical tasks
* Maintaining project documentation and photo records
* Updating CRM systems and completing basic administration
* Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
Skills & Experience
* Experience in pool servicing, plumbing, construction or a related trade
* Understanding of pool equipment, filtration systems and water chemistry
* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
* Strong attention to detail
* Valid driver’s licence
* Construction White Card
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in the swimming pool industry
* Certificate III in Swimming Pool and Spa Service
* Experience with pool automation systems
* Experience with leak detection or pressure testing
