AtMybos is looking for a Technical Leader who leads from the front, no slides‑only execs; we need a shipping architect.
The role is split 80% coding and 20% leadership.
Who You Are
You are a Senior/Principal developer at heart, able to architect complex systems, manage cloud infrastructure, and explain ROI to the CEO in plain English.
What You’ll Do
* Write code daily, setting standards for code quality.
* Manage onshore and offshore engineering teams of 10.
* Strategize, manage the tech budget and balance technical constraints with business goals.
* Own the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Salary
A$230,000.00–A$280,000.00 per year.
