About the Role
This is a part-time position (20 - 25 hours per week, across 3–4 days) with hours that fit comfortably around school drop-off and pick-up. You'll be part of a small team where you can enjoy flexibility, variety in your work, and a supportive, family orientated workplace.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greet clients and visitors professionally, manage reception, and handle incoming calls.
- Coordinate staff travel, accommodation, and related logistics.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure work areas are organised.
- Manage staff uniforms, including ordering and stock control.
- Manage debt collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Managing multiple Outlook inboxes.
- Managing the booking of employee medicals and mobilisation documents when requested.
- Create and maintain Microsoft Word templates, styles and formatting
- Prepare high-quality tenders, proposals, reports and submissions
- Support basic finance tasks: timesheets, invoicing, expenses tracking
- Supporting staff with onboarding and general HR processes.
- Liaising with external stakeholders when needed.
- Someone with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Person with previous work history in a professional office or business workplace.
- Organised and able to juggle different tasks.
- A good communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Assist in the maintenance and security of all property.
- General administrative support as needed
- Administrative duties and general office support – including electronic filing, photocopying and scanning documents, responding to client emails, drafting various letters as required, receiving EFTPOS payments

- Previous administration or office support experience (ideally in a professional services or project-based environment).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
