About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Business Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring that every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
You will be the main point of contact for all venue hire clients, guiding them through the booking and contracting process, and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.

Key Requirements
* Diploma in Business Management or equivalent experience
* Experience in function or event coordination
* Excellent communication skills and ability to think strategically
* Computer literacy, particularly in Word and Excel, plus ability to pick up new systems and software

Position Status: Permanent full-time
Hours of Work: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (some out-of-hours work may be required)
