**The company**
$150 million Australian manufacturer employing 330 staff, operating from a state of the art manufacturing facility in Marsden Park and distribution operations across five Australia locations.
**The role**
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will manage the full employee lifecycle. You will build relationships with your stakeholders and the 330 staff across manufacturing, supply chain and corporate functions.
**The responsibilities**
Your new role involves the full employee lifecycle including:
- managing internal and external enquiries.
- interpreting and providing advice on awards and Enterprise Agreements in a non-unionised environment.
- investigating and resolving grievances, performance management and industrial relations issues.
- talent acquisition, onboarding and inductions.
- coordinating learning and development activities and facilitating soft skills workshops.
- managing annual performance and remuneration reviews.
- managing staff engagement surveys, collating results and managing follow up actions.
- facilitating offboarding and exit interviews.
- contributing to a range of projects such as LMS and recruitment software implementations, development of a recognition program, implementation of Hay job evaluations and creation of a new remuneration framework, with more to come.
- maintaining and updating HR policies and managing HR administration.
In order to be shortlisted for this role, you will:
- hold formal qualifications in HR or a related field.
- have at least three years' generalist HR experience.
- ideally have exposure to learning and development.
- demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build internal relationships.
