Change Management & Readiness
* Coordinate and lead readiness activities throughout the rollout process.
* Assess school engagement, readiness and feedback to inform improvements.
* Liaise between project stakeholders, SMEs and school staff on change impacts.
* Monitor user confidence and adoption, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Training Coordination & Design
* Manage comprehensive training logistics, schedules and communications with vendors.
* Review and tailor training content to organisational processes and standards.
* Track attendance, participation and feedback to assess effectiveness.
* Maintain a central repository of training materials and recordings.
Training Delivery & Support
* Coordinate Train-the-Trainer sessions to enhance internal training capability.
* Support and participate in training delivery across multiple rollout waves.
* Provide catch-up and refresher training for staff who require additional support.
* Ensure go-live readiness and post-go-live support to facilitate user success.
Reporting, Integration & Handover
* Report training progress, risks and readiness metrics to senior leaders.
* Contribute to awareness-raising initiatives and communication plans.
* Capture lessons learned and refine training approaches for continuous improvement.
* Handover ownership of training artefacts to internal teams.
