About Omnia Inclusive

Omnia Inclusive has been supporting people with disability for more than 30 years across NSW, QLD and the ACT. As a trusted NDIS provider and Inclusive Employment Australia employer, we help individuals build meaningful careers and partner with businesses to create inclusive and successful workplaces.

With the launch of the Inclusive Employment Australia contract, we are expanding and looking for motivated, community‑minded individuals who are passionate about making a genuine impact.

About the Role

As a Workplace Specialist, you will support participants to prepare for work, gain employment, and maintain sustainable jobs. You will work closely with participants, employers, and internal colleagues to deliver a high‑quality, personalised service.

Key responsibilities:

* Provide individual, face‑to‑face and onsite support to participants
* Assist participants to settle into and maintain ongoing employment
* Build strong and positive relationships with employers
* Collaborate with Employer Specialists to create future job opportunities
* Deliver customised support that meets the needs of both participants and employers

What We're Looking For

* Experience in disability employment or an understanding of barriers faced by people with disability
* Strong resilience, planning, and problem‑solving skills
* Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
* Ability to work autonomously and stay motivated
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong digital skills and attention to detail
* Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
* Current driver's licence and ability to travel locally

Qualifications in employment services, career development, or community services are highly regarded. A comprehensive induction and training program will be provided.
