Equipment & Wash Manager
Role Overview
Reporting to the Business Manager – Brisbane, the role leads Equipment & Wash operations across Dishwash, Bulk Equipment, Bar Packing, and logistics functions. The manager ensures airline equipment is managed accurately and efficiently to meet operational schedules, safety standards, and customer requirements. Responsibilities include leading a large operational team, driving workflow efficiency, maintaining stock integrity, and supporting continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage equipment stock levels and airline inventory
* Ensure flights are completed accurately and on schedule
* Oversee dishwash, packing, and logistics operations
* Lead and support operational teams across shifts
* Resolve operational issues and equipment shortages
* Support labour planning and productivity targets
* Ensure compliance with WHS, HACCP, and safety standards
* Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
About You
* 5+ years of management experience in operations, logistics, catering, or aviation
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
* Ability to work in fast‐paced operational environments
* Good problem‐solving and communication skills
* Understanding of WHS and food safety standards
* Forklift licence desirable but not essential
