Your Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor junior team members to effectively run a large-scale project, helping prioritize activities and develop capability.

* Take complete ownership of the Program Management Office, including day-to-day program delivery, specific projects (which may involve designing new processes, tools, etc.), and ad-hoc tasks, all while maintaining a strong client focus and driving deliverables throughout.
">
* Provide ongoing project management support, including budget management, program reporting, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination within a consulting environment or team-based project or program delivery setting, demonstrating strong project administration skills and attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Able to lead and mentor your team to complete deliverables in a fast-paced environment, fostering creative thinking and effective problem-solving (and escalating as required).

Ability to manage conflicting priorities, switch between tasks seamlessly, and possess a strong initiative with a desire for continuous process improvement.
