Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven Project Engineer to join their South Australian team. This is a genuine opportunity for someone with 6+ years post‐graduate experience who is ready to accelerate their career and step into a Senior Project Engineer position in the near term.
The Role
Working within a collaborative and high‐calibre project team, you will play a key role in delivering complex, large‐scale builds while being supported by experienced leaders committed to your development.
* Supporting delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle
* Managing subcontractor packages and procurement processes
* Assisting with tendering, cost control, and project forecasting
* Driving programme outcomes and ensuring milestones are met
* Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trades
* Contributing to a safe, high‐quality, and efficient project environment
About You
You are a motivated and capable Project Engineer who thrives in a fast‐paced construction environment and is ready for the next step.
* A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
* 6+ years' experience with a commercial or Tier 1/2 contractor
* Exposure to large‐scale commercial or infrastructure projects
* Strong technical, organisational, and communication skills
* A proactive mindset and ambition to progress into leadership
