Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will lead the housekeeping team with integrity, care, and a values-driven approach. Key responsibilities include determining work requirements, allocating duties to team members, and supervising daily housekeeping operations to ensure all rooms and hotel areas meet luxury standards.
Additional Tasks
Liaise with maintenance, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, oversee inventory control, track costs, evaluate housekeeping processes, address staff concerns and grievances professionally, and maintain accurate staff rosters and attendance records.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with the Executive Team to achieve operational goals and meet project deadlines while upholding and communicating safety and service standards across all guest-facing areas.
