Head of Talent Acquisition at Blackmores Group
Location: Surry Hills or Warriewood, Sydney (preferred). This role may be based at the central train station or the Warriewood office.
Contract: Six‐month fixed term, beginning January 2026.

Purpose of role
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, you will manage end‐to‐end recruitment for ERP‐programme specific roles. You will provide consultative advice to hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process, ensuring an effective hire that reflects Blackmores values, positions Blackmores as an employer of choice and provides an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
The role includes sourcing, screening and presenting high‐quality candidates for SAP implementation IT positions, managing candidate pipelines, and collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proven experience recruiting for a variety of IT technical roles with SAP implementation.
* Experience in a scale‐up project with competing priorities and limited resources.
* Demonstrated ability to pipeline talent using direct sourcing techniques.
* Understanding of talent insights to "sell" the organisation to prospective candidates.
* Previous experience sourcing candidates from FMCG / Life Sciences / Management Consulting within IT, data/analytics.
