Senior Finance Analyst - Sydney at WiseTech Global

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll partner with M&A;, Controllership, FP&A;, Tax, and more to deliver seamless integration projects. From implementing WiseTech finance processes to standardizing reporting and rolling out new systems, you’ll be at the center of transformation. Expect to:
- Lead analysis of acquired businesses’ processes and align them to WiseTech standards.
- Execute cross-functional integration plans covering financial reporting, treasury, forecasting, and transactional accounting.
- Communicate progress to senior stakeholders and solve unique challenges with subject matter experts.
- Champion process improvement and scalability by documenting policies and refining integration frameworks.
This is a global role based in Sydney, offering exposure to senior leaders and diverse businesses across continents.
Who We’re Looking For
- CA or CPA qualified with 5 years post-qualification experience in Audit, Financial Control, Reporting, or FP&A.;
- Solid IFRS knowledge and ability to implement new accounting standards.
- Proven experience in month‑end close, financial reporting, and transactional processing.
- Collaborative, detail-driven, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in problem‑solving, project management, and working under tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience with accounting system implementation.
