About the role
As a QA Officer at Food and Pharma Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Working in our facility in Upper Coomera, QLD, this full-time position will see you collaborate closely with our production team and customers to uphold the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
What you'll be doing
* Creating and Maintaining Quality Documents.
* Conducting regular quality assurance checks and audits on raw materials, production processes, and finished goods
* Analysing product samples and test results to identify and resolve any quality issues
* Documenting all quality control activities and maintaining detailed records
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Staying up-to-date with relevant food safety regulations and industry best practices
* Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures
What we're looking for
* Some Experience in a quality assurance or relevant manufacturing role(Experience in any manufacturing environment is acceptable for this role)
* Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field(nice to have)
* Basic understanding of food safety/HACCP/GMP TGA regulations is required
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels
