Key responsibilities include:
* Managing office systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
* Diary management, travel arrangements, and equipment maintenance.
* Record retention and disposal, meeting coordination, and agenda preparation.
* Conducting research and analysis to inform executive decision-making.
* Liaising with senior executives internally and externally.
* Preparing correspondence and enquiries from ministerial and corporate entities.
* Reporting and briefing note preparation.
* Undertaking complex projects as directed.
Required skills include:
* Business enterprise solution proficiency.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
