This is a hands-on, proactive Business Analyst position to support a major transformation project, shaping processes, owning change, and supporting digital transformation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future-state processes; work closely with developers and fellow BAs to bridge gaps.
2. System Transition Support: Play a central role in migrating from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics—capturing requirements, identifying gaps, and facilitating end-to-end change.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Elicit and validate requirements proactively, even with limited business access, ensuring the system reflects operational needs.
4. User Training & Documentation: Create training materials, facilitate sessions, and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
5. Level 3 Support & Ticket Analysis: Investigate system issues, analyze support tickets, and define functional change requirements to support development and troubleshooting.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, support teams, and other BAs to ensure delivery of business value.
Key Skills & Tools
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
- Proficient in business process mapping techniques and tools
- Experience supporting CRM migrations or working with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
