We are seeking a proactive and people focused Human Resources Advisor to join our growing team. Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, this is a hands-on generalist role supporting employees and leaders in our Canning Vale facility, across the full employee lifecycle.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day HR operations while also contributing to broader strategic initiatives that drive engagement, performance and a positive workplace culture.

* Partner with leaders to embed consistent and effective people practices
* Provide practical advice and stewardship on performance, conduct and employee relations matters
* Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR policies, procedures and templates
* Assist with workforce planning data and reporting to support strategic decision making
* Support the implementation of employee recognition programs and internal communication efforts
* In collaboration with the Recruitment Advisor, support recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive new starter experience
* Provide general administrative support as required to ensure the smooth operation of HR projects and day to day activities
What you will bring
* 3 to 5 years experience in a generalist HR role with thorough knowledge of Australian employment legislation and core HR processes, including Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act
* Strong communication, problem solving and relationship building skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment and discretion
* HR qualifications or significant equivalent generalist experience
* Experience with Employment Hero is highly desirable
