Role responsibilities and duties
- Open and close reception, ensuring all meeting rooms are prepared and ready for use.
- Ensuring that all meeting rooms and the kitchen are in a clean, tidy and presentable state.
- Meeting and greeting clients/visitors and advising relevant staff of visitor arrivals and ensuring they arrive on time.
- Answering switchboard - attending to all incoming calls and enquiries and taking/directing messages as required.
- Management of cleaning contractors and other maintenance contractors as required, e.g. plumbers, electricians, air con technicians, pest control, plant maintenance.
- Manage staff amenity stock levels and manage the ordering process, e.g. Coles, Officeworks etc.
- Distribute, record and issue all security swipe cards.
- Liaise with building management to report faults/defects.
- Ordering business cards for existing employees and new starters
- Managing all staff travel booking - both domestically and internationally
- Collecting, distributing and sending daily mail as well as booking in couriers.
- Assist in organising company events - e.g. Team activities and workshops

**Requirements**:
We love someone who is willing to wear many hats and roll up their sleeves to try new tasks. You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- Outstanding communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced work environment.
- Drive, dedication, initiative and enthusiasm.
