We are looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Ballarat, working with one of Australia's leading superannuation funds.
Key Role Details:
* Permanent, full-time onsite opportunities available
* Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm shifts
* Three weeks of full-time paid training provided
Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customer service and account management. You will need to understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalized experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about customer service and ability to achieve targets and KPIs
* Efficient investigation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt and retain product knowledge in dynamic markets
* Must have full working rights in Australia and be at least 18 years of age
