Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Wholesale Manager to lead a team and drive operational excellence from their Northern Melbourne-based office.
About The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Wholesale Manager will oversee a team of six, including Sales Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the wholesale channel.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team across sales coordination and customer service
* Monitor and report on sales performance and operational KPIs
* Support the sales team to manage key wholesale accounts and build strong client partnerships
* Oversee order processing, fulfilment, and end-to-end customer experience
* Collaborate closely with licensing, product, and logistics teams
* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing wholesale operations, preferably within licensing or general merchandise market
* Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on management style
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills
* Highly organised with a commercial and strategic mindset
* Ability to work full-time, on-site, five days a week
