About the Role
Our client, a leading wealth global management firm are seeking a Client Services Associate to provide market and operational support to their Wealth Advisers and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in financial markets to build a long-term career in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting advisers with market trading, order management and client communications
* Managing account administration including opening forms, settlements, transfers, corporate actions and super fund administration
* Assisting clients with market, trade and account-related queries
* Preparing and processing investment proposals, portfolios and transaction documentation
* Assisting with marketing opportunities, client events and meetings when required
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar client service/investor relations or administrative role within financial services
* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or related discipline (highly regarded)
* A genuine interest in financial markets and investments
* RG146 compliance or willingness to obtain
* Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent client service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
* Self-directed with ability to work under minimal supervision
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Knowledge of IRESS or wealth management systems (highly regarded)
