Training Facilitator Role

Based in Tasmania, we are seeking an experienced Training Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering training programs, particularly in the area of domestic violence awareness and response.

This is a part-time opportunity that requires the facilitator to deliver face-to-face workshops across Tasmania. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in their community and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and experience working in the not-for-profit sector. They will also be comfortable with travel and able to work independently.

About You:

* ">You have a strong background in training and education, particularly in the area of domestic violence awareness and response.

* ">You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.

* ">You are comfortable with travel and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.

* ">You are passionate about making a difference in your community and committed to ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

">
* ">Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
">
* ">Relevant experience working in the not-for-profit sector, particularly in the area of domestic violence awareness and response.
">
* ">Current driver's license and willingness to travel across Tasmania.
">
* ">National Police certificate and current registration to work with vulnerable people.
">
">

Desirable Skills:

* ">Experience working in the mental health and trauma training field.
">
* ">Knowledge of, or experience working within, the Not-for-profit sector.
">
">
