Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Personal Care Assistants to join our Care at Home team.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide high-quality, client-centred care to Home Support Program and Transition Care clients, assisting with:
* Personal care and activities of daily living
* Social and therapeutic outings
* In-home respite and community support
* Domestic Assistance
We proudly deliver a friendly, professional service across the Hepburn Shire and Macedon Ranges, with the flexibility to work from one of our local sites in Creswick, Clunes, Daylesford, Trentham, or Kyneton.
Confidence with rural driving is an advantage, as the role includes transporting clients to appointments throughout the region.

Applicants with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Community Care, as well as student nurses, are encouraged to apply.

Details of Appointment: Casual and permanent hours available
Salary: IN38 (Grade 2 Health Care Worker) @ $31.65 Per hour + superannuation + 25% casual loading + access to salary packaging
