Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Services Training Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the training of all airport-based team members, focusing on customer service, operational procedures, and safety.
The role is vital in ensuring that all airport staff are well-trained, competent, and equipped to deliver safe and efficient operations, as well as exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and developing training materials, including e-learning modules, practical exercises, and assessments
* Facilitating training sessions for new hires and existing staff
* Evaluating employee performance during training and on the job
* Ensuring all training programs adhere to relevant aviation regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in aviation or a related discipline (desired)
* Professional certifications in learning and performance, instructional design, or related fields (highly desirable)
* Experience in a learning leadership-oriented role
* Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, leading transformation initiatives, managing cross-functional teams
