Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Sr. Associate, Human Resources. The successful candidate will provide expert support across the employee lifecycle, serving as a trusted partner to leaders and employees in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide consultative day-to-day support to functional leaders and employees.
* Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Manage employee records and data integrity.
* Ensure effective communication with leaders and employees regarding new practices, updates, and changes.
* Analyze and innovate current HR programs, processes, procedures, policy, guidelines, and structure to enable future stability and growth.
* Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrate timely follow-up, and exhibit a sense of urgency.
* Offer guidance on providing constructive feedback, writing effective disciplinary actions, and creating clearly written objectives and performance evaluations.
* Provide first-line advice to managers and employees on workplace policies, performance, and employee relation issues, utilizing company documentation guidelines and escalating matters to HR leadership when necessary.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring adherence and compliance in the region.
* Collaborate with employees and payroll teams to ensure accurate timekeeping data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
* HR Certification preferred.
* At least 3 years of related experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in a high-growth global team.
* Proven experience coaching employees and leaders through HR-related topics.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
* High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently.
* Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
