About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide high-level support services to individuals with disabilities in various settings. As an Inclusive Support Services Manager, you will play a vital role in maximising client inclusion, independence, decision-making, and personal choice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance requirements are met, providing client-centred leadership within a team, and modelling best practice service delivery. You will also focus on coaching and mentoring other team members to develop their practice and achieve better outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver safe and effective individualised, person-centred supports for people living with disability to assist them in achieving their goals.
* Support the team leader in day-to-day management of the community hub.
* Ensure compliance requirements are met.
* Provide client-centred leadership within a team by modelling best practice service delivery.
* Coch and mentor other team members to develop their practice and achieve better outcomes for clients.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Community Services (or equivalent).
* Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR), and training in; Assist with Medication, Epilepsy & Midazolam, Through their Eyes, and Manual Handling.
* Effective verbal and written communication between clients, families, staff, and caregivers.
* Maintaining a strong client focus in all situations.
* Promoting our aims and objectives to all clients and the community at large.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record management and maintenance.
* Interpreting and acting upon client's communication needs, health care plans, and mealtime guidelines.
* Administering prescribed medication on a needs basis to individual clients and accurately recording the administration of the prescribed medication in accordance with the Health Care Policy.
* Work to best practice Work Health & Safety Standards.
