We connect Borrowers, looking for fast, flexible short-term loans, to Investors, seeking access to income-focused, high-return investments secured by Australian real estate, via an online private investment portal. 
About the Role: 
We are seeking an Associate, Investor Services to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience to our investors. This position sits at the heart of our investment services team and spans three core areas: Investor customer service, investor administration and investor data management and reconciliation. 
We're looking for someone with solid attention to detail, strong customer service, experienced in excel and managing large amounts of financial data and financial transactions, preferably within private credit, mortgage funds or managed investments. If you thrive in a detail-driven environment and enjoy improving systems and investor processes, we’d love to hear from you. 
Your Responsibilities: 
- Onboard new investors and provide excellent customer service throughout the process. 
- Registering new investor entities, including compliance checks 
- Completing investor application forms 
- Create and review monthly interest distribution payments. 
- Maintain investor files, monthly accounts and registers. 
- Ensure timely receipt of funds before loan settlement. 
- Track and follow up on commitments by investors. 
- Process account updates to investor data. 
- Ensure investors receive timely, accurate reports on their investments, when requested 
- Respond to Investor phone and email enquiries with a highly professional, customer-focused approach, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt issue resolution. 
Qualifications and Skills: 
- Experience in finance is preferred, but not essential. 
- Proficient in Excel. 
- Excellent client service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset. 
- Proven ability to manage and safeguard sensitive investor information with discretion and confidentiality. 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
- A highly organised person with strong attention to detail.
