With expansion to their business, there is an opportunity for a Reverse Logistics Supervisor to join the Sydney team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- RLI Team supervision – Operations, Inspection & Compliance
- Return tracking management – inbound volumes, escalations and resolutions (inc wrong stock process), & reporting
- Support compliant disposal of both RLI and Non RLI products & assets
- Disposal management planning.
Weekly stock scrapping activities, including Virtual GR & Scrap programs
- Support & manage C-Sales program planning, execution & support
- Supervise & report on Compliance checks on Samsung products labels as part of audit requirements
- Inventory management – accuracy, stock categorisation and grading processes
- Support LIT Claim & NOCLAIM DBS processes
- Billing validation
- Liaising with HQ/SEA H/Office/Factory to allocate/dispatch stock to HQ/Factory
- Providing assistance in grading stock and conducting sample check
- Processing damage inspection using mobile application
About You:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse environment, Logistics/Return process, project administration, team supervision
- Proficient in Excel and SAP
