Acacia Pharmacy, part of the Aspect Health group, is seeking passionate and highly motivated Dispensary Technicians or Pharmacy Assistants to support our pharmacists in delivering pharmacy services to Aged Care facilities across South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
In this important role, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting pharmacists with the preparation of medications
* Working with medication charts, including placing orders and applying changes
* Dispensing prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist
* Processing daily Aged Care medication orders
* Providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis
* Liaising with nursing home staff, prescribing doctors, and other stakeholders
* Managing tasks to achieve individual and team KPIs
* Developing specialised patient care and medication management skills
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Dispensing experience in a pharmacy or hospital environment
2. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
3. Proven reliability, excellent time management, and strong attention to detail
4. Proficiency in using dispensing and medication management software
5. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and phone-based)
6. The ability to multitask in a large, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
7. A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
8. Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or a Dispensary Skillset qualification
OR
9. Certificate II in Community Pharmacy with a willingness to undertake Certificate III training
