The Role We are seeking reliable and hardworking Grain Handlers to join a grain storage operation in Ballarat, VIC. This role involves hands-on labour supporting bunker and silo operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work in an agricultural setting. What You'll Do: In this role, you will support day-to-day grain handling and site operations, focusing on maintaining site cleanliness, grain hygiene, and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day duties will include: Cleaning site areas and raking grain Assisting with bunker and silo inspections to ensure hygiene compliance Supporting grain handling processes, including tipping trucks at the pit Maintaining plant and equipment cleanliness Assisting with general maintenance of equipment and site infrastructure Managing and maintaining site records (grain hygiene, fumigation, OH&S, stock records) Performing general laboring duties as directed Following all workplace health and safety procedures Benefits: $35.34 per hour penalty rates Approximately 38-50 hours per week Valuable experience in grain handling and site operations Opportunity to work in a dynamic, seasonal environment Opportunity to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment Your Skills & Experience: To be considered for the role, it is important you can demonstrate the following: A current driver licence and access to your own vehicle Ability to follow instructions and work within a team Good awareness of workplace safety practices Ability to perform physically demanding manual labour Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
