About the Role: The team is currently seeking lawyers at Associate and Senior Associate level, which will see you working directly with respected Partners and experienced seniors, you’ll handle a diverse range of disputes including: Financial services and insolvency litigation Professional indemnity matters (including acting for regulators such as AHPRA) High-value corporate and commercial disputes You’ll have early client contact, opportunities to brief counsel, and the support to take ownership of matters while building your own client relationships. About you: 3-10 years’ PAE in commercial litigation (Associate and SA opportunities) Strong technical skills and file management Confident with clients and briefing counsel Experience in financial services, professional indemnity and commercial or corporate disputes is an advantage.
