Learning Support Aide Role

As a dedicated Learning Support Aide, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers, students, and other school staff to develop and implement strategies that promote student engagement, motivation, and academic success.

As a Learning Support Aide, you will be responsible for assisting students with their academic and personal needs, providing individualised support and guidance to ensure they reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist students with their educational and social needs, including supporting students with special needs, behavioural challenges, or English language proficiency.
* Develop and implement strategies to engage students in their learning, promote positive attitudes towards education, and foster a love of learning.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to identify and address student needs, develop Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), and implement interventions to support student progress.
* Provide administrative support to teachers and other school staff as required.
