* Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their objectives are understood and met.
* Identifying and sourcing accommodation solutions for temporary workers.
* Utilizing networking skills to expand our client base by discovering new host employers.
* Coordinating the induction of temporary workers into Australia and their local work environment in partnership with clients.
* Providing ongoing support and assistance to program participants, including resolving worker welfare and needs issues.
* Leading a team member responsible for addressing worker concerns and promoting worker integration into the community.
* Assisting visiting workers in adapting to local customs and laws.
* Managing risks associated with labor hire arrangements with clients.
Requirements
This position requires flexibility with working hours, including some evening work. A valid driver's license and police check are also necessary qualifications.
