The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
 * Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet complex business requirements.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust CRM solutions.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues within the CRM platform and provide innovative solutions.
 * Leverage Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, to enhance CRM functionalities and drive business value.
 * Design and implement integrations with other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
 * Employ best practices in solution design, development, and deployment to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
 * Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team to promote a culture of excellence.
