What you need:
* Proven experience in industrial services, hydro excavation, waste management or HPWJ operations
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage crews and assets
* Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop business relationships and identify new opportunities

* Establishing and managing regional depot operations
* Leading teams of skilled Vac, HPWJ, Combo, and NDD operators
* Overseeing safety, environmental and compliance standards
