Business Development Representative
Responsible for identifying and crafting new qualified opportunities for the wider sales team. Identify key decision makers and adopt a creative outreach to qualify prospects and position Checkout.com's value proposition.

* Consistently exceed targets on a monthly basis
* Display a creative prospecting cadence for targeted accounts
* Become the authority on all things Checkout.com
* Understand customers' needs to demonstrate the Checkout.com value proposition
* Keep your ear to the ground to stay informed about industry developments
* Learn and use various sales tools to network
* Work closely with the sales team to help streamline the sales process and improve knowledge
Qualifications
* Hunter mindset: proactive and positive attitude with talent for navigating to key decision‐makers
* 2+ years outbound sales experience, proven track record selling complex products or services to enterprise customers
* Experience in the payments industry or with Australian merchants going global is a significant advantage
* Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, in‐person, engaging stakeholders at all levels including senior stakeholders
* Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, SimilarWeb, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Passion for sales, resilience in face of objections, turning challenges into opportunities
* Intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving landscape
* Fast‐paced environment: desire to thrive in high‐growth fast‐paced work environment
Fluent in English
English language fluency is required.
