Your Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to escalations with warmths and empathy.
Draft logical and detailed action plans.
Constant communication with stakeholders.
Identify trends and look for solutions, to improve customer experience.
Manage and build your team around your leadership.
Work with our onshore & offshore resources to provide.
About The Successful Candidate:
Proven dispute resolution experience.
Diploma or 3 years work experience in Solar Energy or related field required
Fun, ambitious & a real people pleaser.
Ability to work in, and lead, a team.
Advanced verbal and written English.
Resilient to negative customers & an ability to always find the positive.
Warm customer experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
