This is a hands-on leadership role focusing on non-clinical operations, leadership, compliance and service excellence in a regional aged care home. You will support staff, engage with residents and families, and help ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations, budgets, compliance, and resources.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team of staff.
Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
Drive efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of care and service.
