Australian Unity's Home Health program delivers in-home support services to aged care customers, helping them live independently, supported, and empowered within their own homes and communities.
We are recruiting Home Care Support Workers for multiple positions in Dapto and surrounding areas, including Stream Hill, Wongawilli, Kanahooka, Horsley, Koonawarra, Cleveland, Avondale, Huntley, Mount Marshall, Haywards Bay, and Yallah.
What's On Offer:
Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (based on location and availability)
$30.86 - $34.16 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role:
Help at Home: cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Transportation and Personal Care: assisting customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding, etc.
Client Awareness: building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
Safety Practices: adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and customers safe
Key Requirements:
Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday

Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
