Project Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled project administrator to support our commercial operations.

* Compile and process invoices for projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Enter data into SAP, utilizing system capabilities to optimize workflows.
* Submit invoices to customers in a timely manner, maintaining positive relationships.
* Provide regular updates on work-in-progress and revenue accruals, facilitating informed decision-making.
* Monitor cash flow and report on unconfirmed and overdue payments, identifying areas for improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration or a similar role.
* Previous experience in industrial, construction, or resources sectors is highly desirable.
* Background in accounts receivable or financial administration is essential.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
* Experience with SAP or an equivalent large ERP system is advantageous.


Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
