The Duties:
Office set up & close up
Front-of-house management
Greeting clients and visitors
Answering and redirecting calls
Process agency agreements
Assist agents with proposal packs and price revisions
Provide sales advice
Process invoices
Database management
Assist with onboarding
The Requirements:
We are seeking a confident and driven individual with a positive, can-do attitude who is ready to embrace a recent challenge. No Certificate of Registration needed! Our successful applicant will:
Have a keen interest in the Real Estate industry
Demonstrate previous administration experience
Have the ability to provide a high level of service.
Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess strong computer skills
Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
Have immaculate personal presentation
