Workfast is seeking an Electrical System Technician to join our client at Perth Airport, WA. This role supports our client in the safe operation, maintenance, and fault rectification of the airport's Baggage Handling System (BHS) and Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB). This role is responsible for ensuring operational availability, responding to faults quickly and safely, and maintaining all equipment to a high technical standard. What You Get

What You Need
* WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Current CPR / LVR certification (desirable)
* Mechanical aptitude or experience highly regarded
* Ability to work rotating shifts and in secure airport areas
* Strong computer skills and documentation accuracy
* Willingness to comply with safety, systems, and reporting requirements
What You Will Be Doing
* Maintain and troubleshoot the Baggage Handling System (BHS) and Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB)
* Rectify system faults, breakdowns, and baggage jams safely and efficiently
* Conduct preventive maintenance in line with contract requirements
* Record all inspections, work performed, system data, and safety reporting
* Supervise and assist maintenance personnel and contractors when required
* Follow site policies, airport security, safety protocols, and technical procedures
* Contribute to workplace safety, customer service, and continuous improvement
