Job Summary:
This isn't just another design role. You'll help simplify the complex, reimagine long-standing industry workflows, and craft intuitive experiences for thousands of accountants and wealth professionals. Working with a passionate, Sydney-based team (joining us in the office twice a week), you'll shape solutions end‑to‑end — from concept explorations to polished interface design.
Responsibilities:
What you'll be doing:
* Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to imagine what's possible
* Designing elegant, scalable solutions that turn complexity into clarity
* Creating prototypes that bring ideas to life and spark conversation
* Running research and usability testing to deeply understand user needs
* Contributing to our growing Design System and pattern library
* Crafting design artefacts that enable seamless handovers and smooth delivery
Requirements:
What you'll bring:
* Experience designing for enterprise software and solving real user problems
* A strong grasp of UI patterns and best practices for web applications
* Expertise in Figma — from wireframes to high‑fidelity designs
* A portfolio showing how you think, not just what you make
* Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative approach
* The ability to balance big-picture thinking with practical delivery
