Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic supply chain leader to lead and manage our Supplies Teams across multiple sites, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating complex messages to senior leaders.
The successful candidate will analyse data to inform procurement activity and drive service development, ensuring optimal contract coverage.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting procurement best practices within and outside the organisation, elevating its profile.
You will provide specialist advice on procurement logistics, regulatory compliance, and procurement elements of company policies.
Prepare and present supply chain reports to internal bodies and external stakeholders.

The Person:
* Senior leadership experience, including transformational change in Supply Chain Operations and Logistics, with previous NHS experience an asset.
* Solid understanding of the full lifecycle of supply chains and materials management.
* Proven experience managing staff across multiple sites, with excellent communication skills.
* Able to communicate clearly and persuasively across formats, including written reports, verbal discussions, and formal presentations.
* Knowledge and understanding of electronic procurement systems and development.
* MCIPS or qualification/professional development in a relevant field, e.g., master’s degree in supply chain & Logistics.
