Senior Project Planner / Scheduler required to support a national organisation delivering a significant portfolio of IT projects, including an ongoing Workday ERP implementation. This role is responsible for maintaining integrated project schedules, coordinating program-level resource planning, and resolving resource contention across multiple concurrent projects.
Your experience means you will bring structure, visibility and coordination across multiple projects.
You will work closely with project managers and program leadership to develop and maintain integrated schedules, coordinate program-level resource planning, and identify where resource conflicts or delivery dependencies may impact timelines.
This role sits at the centre of delivery, ensuring projects remain aligned, realistic and achievable across a fast-moving program environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain integrated schedules across multiple IT projects
* Build and manage enterprise-wide resource planning
* Identify and resolve resource contention across delivery teams
* Work closely with project managers and program leadership to maintain schedule alignment
* Monitor dependencies, milestones and critical path activities
* Provide clear visibility of schedule health and delivery risksSupport program governance through accurate scheduling and reporting
* Ensure alignment between project timelines, delivery priorities and resource availability
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Project Planner / Scheduler in complex corporate technology environments
* Strong capability in program-level scheduling and resource planning
* Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving resource conflicts
* Advanced scheduling capability using MS Project, and the ability to establish consistent scheduling frameworks and processes
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with project managers and delivery leaders
* High levels of organisation with the ability to bring clarity to complex multi-project environments
