**Membership Manager Position Overview**
Fitness First, a leading fitness club chain, seeks an exceptional Membership Manager to lead the member experience team. The successful candidate will oversee front desk operations, manage a team of Member Support Consultants (MSC), and drive sales targets.
* Manage daily workflows to achieve monthly sales targets
* Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to team success
* Create structures for MSC teams to meet daily performance criteria
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Proven sales and customer service experience with a track record of hitting KPIs
* Sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling
* Customer retention strategies and metrics knowledge
* Team management and mentoring experience
* Ability to set and motivate others towards goals
* Business computer system proficiency
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates
